Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It is designed particularly for continuous use with any hard and abrasive materials through uniform flow. The vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials from hopper, to receive device periodically and continuously in the production flow. By the vibrating feeder, the material can be fed into the crusher continuously and uniformly .It can also be widely used to screen the materials in the sandstone production line, and match the crushing and sieving equipment in many industries including metallurgy ,coal, mineral dressing , chemical, and grinding . Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged.

The working Principle of Vibrating Feeder is as below: When installation, the two gears of vibrating feeder must be jogged according to the sign. To produce a linear huge power, the two eccentric shafts start rotating by the drive of the motor, which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel and when the materials pass the screening part, the smaller parts will fall down which avoids the further crushing, so the purpose of screening can be reached.
